This limited release batch of olive oil is certified Organic and made from the fruits of our Mission, Manzanillo, Arbequina, and Lucca olive trees. This combination of olive varieties creates a complex, buttery oil that can be used as a cooking or finishing oil, with an impressibly high 435° smoke point. This special release is only available in limited quantities and exclusively sold online and at local farmers’ markets.
