WORKSHOP: VOICING YOUR TRUE NATURE (1:30-4pm)
This workshop gracefully weaves together the similarities between a steward of the land struggling to find the potential within a complex and imperfect ecosystem, and a human struggling to find comfort with their own imperfect instrument. Both are complex systems with unique and resilient expressions waiting to be discovered.
The Brothers Koren will guide us to connect to the nature of our own voice. No prior musical or singing ability needed. This is not a singing workshop, and beginners are encouraged!
The workshop starts and ends in the garden, and includes a guided walk and talk with farmer/filmmaker John Chester around the farm.
The workshop ends at 4 PM and will be immediately followed by a concert with live music by The Brothers Koren & The Kin featuring local food, beer, wine.

About The Brothers Koren
Hailing from Australia, the Brothers Koren embarked on an odyssey, drawn by their fiercely independent mother’s quest to reclaim her voice—a voice that once echoed on the stages of the original cast of ‘HAIR’. Landing in NYC in 2001, they began their 15 year long musical journey as The Kin; from the hush of empty dive bars to the roaring applause of millions, culminating in a coveted gold record. Their talent took them around the globe, sharing stages with the likes of Coldplay, P!NK, Bon Jovi, and Rod Stewart. However, amidst the glittering success lay a void—a yearning for authenticity and a sense of unfulfillment.
Their mission has now grown to include all voices, and use music song and voice as a medium of transformation.
